A variety of classes will be offered in the daily program including Meditation, Breath Work, Yin & Restorative Yoga, Ayurveda & Natures Medicine, Yoga Therapy, Plant-Based Cooking, and most importantly a theoretical approach to intuitive healing.
There will also be plenty of time to explore the stunning coastline of South Goa, India, as well as organised excursions to various highlights in the area.
The retreat is nestled in the beautiful village of Palolem Beach, and boasts modern amenities. You will have the choice of single or twin accommodation packages.
